Our hand dyed, one of a kind creations, are designed as COLOR THERAPY FOR THE SOUL. Color has a potent impact on mood, comfort, and creative energy. Colors vibrate with a frequency - a wave length if you will, and our instinctual pull to certain colors and patterns can say a lot about how we wish to feel. We offer you, through our thoughtful and playful designs, many options at expressing your unique statement and personal vibration conveyed through wearable art.
We are dyeing with many mediums and methods. Jason’s signature is the epic resistists and color blending that comes from procion MX dyes, applying the dye directly to tied fabric gives you a real bold pop of color. Another favorite of ours is to create a soft water color like feel by using Ice and snow as part of the dye method. MUSKOKA TYE DYE BOTANICAL line features natural dyes such as Indigo, avocado (the most softest pink ever! ), color extracted from berries, plants, flowers, onion peels and turmeric root. This method of dyeing helps us conserve water and keeps our environmental impact in check. Stay tuned for our eco printing on silk, linen and cotton.
