Gentle Hatha Flow & Mindful Monday
A series of simple, flowing, circulating movements to free the spine, open the mind and inspire. An all levels class, ideal for beginners and those seeking a quiet gentle mindful pace.

Yoga for Core & Mindful strength
This moderate class is developed for creating strength and resilience within the core of the body. When we learn how to effectively move from the belly and its intricate muscle systems we develop stability for our low backs and a general strength and integrity for our bodies. A combination of postures, flow and breath will help to develop a stronger core.
Moderate Hatha Flow
This class will explore asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open graceful body, and relax into a steady mind. Evolve and grow while understanding your bodies adaptations to the deeper layers of asana’s (postures) and pranyama (breathing) practices.
